Events

In addition to providing support to students throughout the academic year, the Rochester Children's Scholarship Fund host a number of events to help recognize student accomplishments, build relationships between students and the Rochester Community, and assist with raising money to serve our students. Two of our largest events are our annaul Gala and Student Reception.

Gala - The RCSF Gala is a bi-annual benefits banquet to help raise funds for the scholarship which is awarded local students. In addition to celebrating the accomplishments of RSCF and its students, we recognize a local Rochester community leader who embodies the mission and goals of our program.

Student Reception- The RCSF Reception is a program held each June to recognize our students’ accomplishments for the year. During the ceremony, seniors are highlighted as a result of their success in high school and given the opportunity to share information on their future goals. The event is typically held at City Hall where community leaders and City Officials join in on the celebration.  The program is free and open to the public.

Golf Tournament - The RCSF Golf Tournament is a fun event geared toward raising funds for program students. This special event is held in the Spring/Summer months at a local a local Golf Club. This year's event will be held at Victor Hills Golf Club on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 9:00am.
